Using Mailing Plans
One, two, or more month’s supply of offering envelopes, each printed with your Church member’s name and address, is mailed to arrive in the home before the first Sunday. This gentle reminder creates a renewed awareness of the need for regular giving, and has been shown to increase collections.
The flexibility of mailings meets changing needs quickly. You can add an envelope, create a special mailing, insert a message or special appeal on relatively short notice. Distribution problems are all but eliminated and new members are quickly incorporated into the life of the church.
At a cost only 2-2 ½ times the cost of annual sets you ‘break even’ when the Mailing System produces only a few dollars more per person per year.

Monthly or Bi-Monthly Mailings
Monthly or Bi-Monthly mailings garner greater contributions for medium to large size Churches. Pictured are typical mailers, which average about $2.00 per member per year for a church of 500. Larger churches will pay less due the economies of scale. Annual Mailings
Eliminate storage and delivery issues by mailing your annual sets. Boxed sets and Books can be addressed and mailed directly from our production facility to your church members. You provide the mailing list and your sets are delivered by the Postal Service prior to the First Sunday of the year. Or choose quarterly, bi-annual, or thrice yearly mailings.
